Clubs are rated by verified community members on a star scale, reflecting the overall visitor experience. Ratings are aggregated from authentic reviews submitted by pass holders. Mallorca CSC's ranking and sorting algorithms are based purely on organic signals — distance, rating score, review count, and recency. There are no paid placements, sponsored rankings, or boosted positions. Every club stands on its own community reputation.

Reviews can be submitted by registered members who have visited a club. This helps ensure that reviews come from people with genuine, firsthand experience rather than unverified or anonymous submissions. Each member can submit one review per club visited. Review quality and authenticity are core to Mallorca CSC's community standards.

Reviews come from logged-in accounts, which discourages anonymous spam. Reviews that violate community guidelines — including promotional language, offensive content, or clearly fabricated experiences — are removed. Club owners may flag reviews they believe are inauthentic, which triggers a manual review by our team. The real per-review signal is 'Was this helpful?', voted by other members. We don't verify who writes a review. All we require is an account.

Yes. Verified club owners and managers can post a public response to any review on their profile through the club owner dashboard. Responses appear directly below the review and are visible to all visitors. Professional, constructive responses are encouraged — they demonstrate that a club values its community and takes feedback seriously.

Use the report flag on any individual review. Our moderation team reviews flagged content and removes reviews that violate our community guidelines — including fake, incentivised, or abusive reviews. We take review integrity seriously: manipulating ratings by any party, including club owners, is grounds for removal from the platform.
