Do I need an account to use Mallorca CSC?
No. You can browse club profiles, explore the map, read general information, and access most directory content without registering. An account is required to use a pass, save favourite clubs, and leave reviews. Creating an account is free and takes under a minute.
How do I create an account?
Click "Sign Up" on any Mallorca CSC page or in the mobile app. Enter your email address, choose a password, and confirm you are 18 or older. You will receive a verification email — click the link to activate your account. Registration is free.
Is my personal data safe?
Yes. Mallorca CSC processes personal data in compliance with GDPR. Your information is never shared with clubs or third parties without your explicit consent. Your browsing activity on Mallorca CSC — including which clubs you view, save, or visit — is private and not disclosed to any venue or third party. You can review our full privacy policy from any page footer.
How do I delete my account?
You can delete your account at any time from the account settings page (Settings > Privacy > Delete Account). Deletion permanently removes your profile, saved clubs, pass history, and reviews. This action is irreversible. If you have active pass subscriptions, we recommend reviewing their status before proceeding with deletion.
What are saved clubs?
Saved clubs (your Favourites) are venues you have bookmarked for easy access. A free account is required to save clubs. Your saved list syncs across web and mobile so you can plan a trip on your phone and continue on desktop. Saved clubs make it easy to compare venues, plan itineraries, and return quickly to profiles you have already explored.
I forgot my password — how do I reset it?
On the login screen, tap or click "Forgot password". Enter the email address associated with your account and we will send you a reset link. The link expires after 30 minutes for security. If you do not receive the email within a few minutes, check your spam or junk folder. If the problem persists, contact our support team.
I am not receiving the verification email — what do I do?
First, check your spam, junk, and promotions folders — verification emails are sometimes filtered automatically. Add [email protected] to your contacts or safe-senders list and request a new verification email from your account settings. If your email provider is blocking delivery, try registering with a different email address. If none of these steps work, contact our support team with your registered email address and we will verify your account manually.
How do I change my email address?
Go to your account settings and select "Change email". Enter your new email address and confirm with your current password. A confirmation link will be sent to the new address — click it to complete the change. Until confirmed, your original email remains active. If you no longer have access to your original email, contact support for manual verification.
